I have 3 goldfish and their all in the same tank. I got them a week ago,they all came from the same store and 2 cane from the same tank. Those 2 seem to have ich. The other one hasn't caught it but it's spreading throughout my fish fast. I'm going to get ich treatment today and just put it in the main tank since at the moment my quarantine tank is being used. If I put it in will the one that doesn't have ich be affected in some other way? Same question if they don't actually have ich/whitespot. By the way they have White spots spreading across then starting on their fins. That's why I think it's ich or whitespot.
If I treat my fish for an illness they may not have will it effect them in a different way?
