If I take medicine that isn't safe for drinking, then can I just not take it that day?

So this question isn't for me. It's for my cousin. She's turning 21 within the next two weeks and wants to know if its ok to not take her medicine one day so she can party and have a good time without risks.

She takes:
-Tapazole (hyperthyroidism)
- Tenormin (slows down blood pressure)
- Lexapro (depression meds)
