I have a 6 yr old daughter whom I haven't seen in almost 3 yrs. If I take the mother to court can she get me for child support? She has not been recieving government aid. She simply hates me cause I cheated on her while we were together and now shes holding it against me.
She won't return my emails and I don't know how to get ahold of her any other way. I really miss my daughter, what should/can I do?
