decide to go to another with aid? I've looked all over, and emailed two schools this question.. And they don't respond.
So on the off chance someone on this site knows, it'd be really helpful.
I'm in-between which college I will be attending in the fall, as I've been accepted into a couple good ones..
But I received some financial aid and one school has deadlines for confirmation forms (Copy of taxes, Dependency forms, contract to retain certain GPA, etc.) that is coming up soon. I may attend this school, so I certainly don't want to miss this deadline. But there is another school that still hasn't told me if I'm accepted or not (And they'll tell me a couple of days after the 1st schools deadline.. convenient)
And if I get accepted into this school, I will most likely go there.
So my question is:
If I submit financial aid forms to the first school, does that mean that I cannot submit them to any other school, or could I simply cancel the forms and submit the second school's forms? Can I submit those forms to two separate schools, or is it illegal or will they just cancel each-other out cancel it out? I don't intend to try to cheat the system or anything.. I'm only going to one school.. But I don't know which school I'm going to is my problem.
And I'm just panicked that I will miss the schools deadline, then end up having to go there or something.
