I'm so thin. it don't look like i have an eating disorder, but have always looked/been thin. some of my bones don't stick out, but i don't think i have any fat on me what so ever. My mother is very thin so i probably got it from her.
Anyway I'm a year old 19 guy, about 5'5, and 120lbs year old and I will be starting to go to the Gym tomorrow. For my case "because i know everyone is different considering their body type" how long do you think it will it take me to notice a difference. and how long will it take me till i have a far amount of mussel on my body? like i don't want to ever look like the hulk lol or something like that. but i would like to be able to just have a bit more meat on my bones, because I'm 19 and i swear my body looks like its meant for a 15 year old. its getting kind of sickening.
Also if any of you guys have any tips for me that would be great
