...body will I loose weight? Im trying to loose some weight! Im fed up of being behind in PE and being the only one out of breath! I really want to get thinner, then i'll be able to do so much more. Im trying to eat healthy things too. In my lunch, i have 1 whole carrot and i usually have mushrooms with my tee in the after-noon. Has anybody got any idea on what vegetable, fruit or any food is best to keep healthy? Thanks! x
