iam thinking about replacing my dvd drive on my 360 as its near the end of its life (had a good one though lol) my question is if i buy a new Samsung drive and use the board from my current drive would i need to reflash the drive to play back ups or is that info stored on the board from my current drive? it would be a like for like swap of drives and from what I've read i wont need to copy and paste the key because i would be using the original board from my old drive
