Looking at possibly a climate controlled space. Can't seem to find studio space that I can afford in my area and I just need a place to practice regularly without being pestered. A storage space would give me the empty space I need. Are there things we can and can't do at these places? I would just store mirrors, a couple chairs and a radio there.
