If I put a tmobile SIM card into a stolen Iphone ....?

Can they track me down that way? I know AT&T normally doesn't track it down but can they still do that even if it's on another network?

Or what if I just use it as an Ipod Touch ... can they still track me down even if I turn the GPS off?

no they cant track you down because in order to put your tmobile sims into the at&t iphone you have to unlock the phone theres many websites that can help you do that in other words you have to jail-rigg the phone or your screen will say please insert sim card even though your tmobile sims is already inserted but make sure you have a data plan or package with tmobile or every app you use will run up your bill

p.s you dont have turn your gps off because the only way to track stolen phones when you go to a store and try to activate a line like verizon and sprint (companys with out sim cards) because the phones have bar code numbers
