to jail ,can i get in trouble? I put a Restraining order and protection order on my ex for hitting me and now he is spending 1yr in prison, I wrote him a letter and now i feel like i wanna go see him in jail and take the baby to see him. Can I Get in Trouble? And also if i was the victim in the case, would i even be able to see him. ( please an answer From a Lawyer) asap
