No. I did that with a pair of white converse once... completely ruined them. I wouldn't advise it.

people usually use airbrushing on it. I think thats what stays on the best and looks best.

My friend painted his white air force with a green and black sharpie and it looks pretty decent. Just dont mess up.lol
