J Johnny R New member May 3, 2010 #1 phone? Verizon has been no help.? I have tried to contact verizon about this and they have been absolutely no help. They have said 'Maybe May 4, Maybe later.' They cannot even provide me with a tracking number. Does anyone else have this issue?
