If I ONLY eat apples for a week how much weight would i lose?

Ok, so If i ONLY ate apples and ONLY drank water for a week, ran a mile a day and did all kinds of ab excersises how much weight do you think i would lose?
and also, do you think i would start to look slimmer, or no?
&& how would I keep the weight off?

You would definitely lose weight, but don't you think you would get hungry!?!?!
It sounds all fine and easy now, but you have to make a plan that you'll be able to stick with. Hey apples are good for you but not all the time.

I don't really know how much weight you would drop, but I can tell you this, doing that absolutely is not healthy. You need protein and whatnot! You'll be depriving your body of the vitamins and minerals it needs. Just try to eat healthier without going too crazy on your new excercise regimin! (:
 
you would lose a lot of water weight, but it would come right back on. its not worth it, and its not healthy. dont do it!
 
Just eating apples and nothing else is prob not the best. I would cut out all starches except for occasional piece of wheat toast. Only eat fruit, salads, veggies, nuts and proteins. Dairy products are fattening and to be avoided. Drink lots of water. Get lots of sleep. Moderate exercise. After a week of that, you will lose maybe up to 4-5 lbs I am guessing if you dont cheat.
