M Mike New member Feb 15, 2011 #1 I weigh 250lbs and I want to eat only 1000 calories everyday. it may not be healthy for my size,then again my size isn't healthy, but if I do this and excerise for over an hour a day, how quickly do you think I'll lose weight?
