if i miss one pill and now i'm sick every night could i be pregnant?

I'm on the generic for yaz, and I missed one of the pink pills and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I didn't take the pill at all and it was in the second week of my cycle. I shouldn't get my period for about five more days but I've been getting sick at night and wanted to know if I could possibly be pregnant
