fault from a legal stand point? A friend of mine left his door unlocked and his roommates' things were stolen. A tv, xbox, laptop, etc... around 2000 dollars worth of stuff. His roommates want him to pay for the stuff because he left the door unlocked. I want to know if my friend is liable, legally. Some of his things were stolen, as well.
