if i last had sex 29th march 09 and i did a test on the 12th april which was negative?

then i got my doctor to test on the 17th april which was negative and that was 3 wks after the sex. do i need to retest????
as the doctor said test again on the 26th april and if that comes up negative then its safe to say i am not pregnant, bearing in mind i am not having periods so have no clue when i ovulate or not or what my cycle is as i am on the mini pill cezeratte but didnt miss any pills or vomit but had slight runny stools thats why i am testing. so my question is... if i test next week even though i dont have periods with that be a sure definate yes or no???? or wud i need to retest again in a couple of weeks?
i already asked my doctors to do blood tests they refuse no matter which doctor i go to its there policy they will not do the blood test as it does the same as the urine test and one is not better than the other thats what they have told me and also to test for pregnancy they only do a urine test they only do a blood test if a woman goes there and is having symptoms of etopic pregnancy or if they want to see if the woman hormones are doubling properly, the chemist bought pregnancy tests can even pick up etopic pregancies
 
well if your doctor gave you a date then stick to it!! try not to think about it until then and just do a hpt on the date he gave. if you are pregnant then it will show up by then, and if you get a negative then there is no way that you could be pregnant.

If I was you I would ask the doctor to do a blood test to see if you are pregnant....Those tests come up positive within 2 weeks of pregnancy, and home tests don't show up for 4 to 8 weeks most of the time.
