if i jump out of an airplane with a 200 lbs. backpack ......?

if i jump out of an airplane wearing a 200 lb backpack and seconds before i hit the ground i put the backpack under me and push (kick) myself up with my feet would i not be as hurt.
oh. dont be like this queer ryan and answer something stupid like that just to get points
