A Ansam New member Sep 15, 2011 #1 I have lost 100lbs so far by using the Eliptical, but a lot of it is muscles that i've grown, and now i could tell i have about 20-30 lbs of fat, i know i need more cardio to burn this off... Any ideas, am i right jogging and biking would help...
