If I have internet on my att phone will I get charged?

If you have unlimited internet, you will not be charged for the download. Also, May i suggest you try myxer.com for games, ringtones, pictures and more.
 
I am trying to get a game off Cellsea.com.. The website says it is free no hidden fees and such. When i click on the download on my fone it says i will be charged for the URL. would i still get charged if i have unlimited internet on my phone?
