i just got out of jail and my girlfriend made payment arrangements for my city tickets to be paid but werre having unforeseen money problems right now and the judge of our town wont let me sit them out who do i talk to? im trying to start off on a good note after being locked up. plus i dont have a license right now so i really want taking care of so i dont get another ticket?
