My grandaddy offered to add me to his family plan with Verizon and I am trying to find out how much it will cost if he adds me onto his plan and if the phone will be at the discounted price and not the full price. We went to Walmart and they said to add a line its $9.99 and then whatever the phone price is like say $5.00 we would only pay the $5.00 up front. Then the activation fee would be added to the first new bill with the added line. Is all this true because im in a bind and i really need a phone
