Mysteriously my VOD has become unusable due to pixalation. Verizon Fios tech support says this is a wiring problem that I must pay to have repaired. I disagree with them. The picture on my allowable channels is fine. I do not want to either pay to have it fixed nor pay for something I cannot use. Will they reduce my monthly charges if I cancel the VOD? I am asking the forum because Verizon Fios does not like to answer questions.
