if i have a t-mobile phone can i switch to bell mobility.?

okay, so i was on ebay and i found the t-mobile blackberry in FROST color , and i adore it and cant get it through bell , so if i get it could i hook it up to my current bell account?

if not , where could i get this phone so i could ? i am from canada , im not even sure if they have t-mobile.

please answer seriously.
