If I have a router at home and I connect to it using my cellphone, do I get charged

by the phone company? I am using T-Mobile, and am not subscribed to an internet plan on my cellphone. However, I do have a router and wireless internet connection at home. If I connect using my cellphone, do I get charged by the phone company?
