i cut a deal with the DA for my misdemeanor DUI and i will not be put on the 3 year court probation. my BAC was also stricken from the record. i'm done with all of my services/case is closed on june 12th. i've talked to a recruiter and he says he can get me a waiver for that, my Minor in possession of alcohol, and my GED. i told him i wanted to do cav scouts, but i have recently changed my mind and i want to do Explosive Ordinance Disposal. is it possible to do EOD with all of these on my record? i scored an 83 on the asvab as well.
If i have a DUI can i join the army and do EOD?
