Seriously, I eat like once a day, if at all. There is no logical reason for me to be fat unless I have some kind of thyroid condition or something, and as far as I know, I don't.
And that's the part that I don't understand - the "thinks it's starving so it stores fat" thing. The body eventually has to burn that fat, so what's taking it so long?
Actually the meal that I eat is rarely large. I don't often have much appetite and dorm food is hardly appealing enough to eat large amounts of.
