...what happens? if go to meditation tomorrow in texas. my original child support was established three years ago. at that time i agreed to $200 a month which was below texas standard guidelines for his income for two teenage girls. Now three years later i want him to pay me the required 25% according to texas guidelines.. I am expecting at to have at least an increase by $200-$300 and he will do anything in his power to avoid having to pay me this amount. What exactly happens if he doesnt show up and i know he is making more money now!
