You can only "plead the Fifth" if your testimony really would tend to incriminate you. The judge is likely to hold a hearing to find out why you are claiming the privilege. If you're doing it just to get out of testifying, the judge will be very unhappy with you, and you will be ordered to testify or he can lock you up for contempt of court.
