return the car? It wouldn't be so much as returning because the car still hasn't left the dealership. But i already signed the papers and gave a check of 5k. So can i take it all back. I live in Florida btw and i did all this today.
 
Fortunately for you, unless you take possession of the car, it's not yours yet. Even if you have signed a contract you have not taken possession so it still belongs to the dealership. They will be responsible for returning your down payment and voiding the contract.
