If I go bike riding etc...?

For 45 minutes per day. Use treadmill for 20 minutes per day. Use various weights for arms. Do situps using various crunches to use all muscles, Would this be a good exercise programme?

I'd go to the gym but funds aren't good at the moment. These are all th things i can use from home.
