If i give blood should i play in my softball game!!!? please answer asap!!!!?

I will give blood at about 730 AM
but, i have a game that will start at about 430 PM
its a 40 minute buss ride to where i have to go.
its my last game and deffently dont wanna miss it!!

i feel i will be fine enough to give blood!?
do you agree or disagree!?
