If I get the Motorola Droid 2 from Verizon, what will be the expenses (monthly)?

I know it will cost about $199.99 for the phone, but I know it's a "SmartPhone", so does that cost any extra a month? If so, how much? And If I wanted internet, how much more would it cost a month? Are there any other charges for this phone? Thank you.
