if i get an unlocked iphone and put my sim in it and use it will i still get charged

the extra 30 a month? i have at&t already

like when i started using my blackberry they charged me 30 extra a month, but if i get an iphone thats unlocked will the find out and charge me?
 
No. You won't be charged like that. You can just insert your SIM card in the iPhone and start using it.
