automatically to the data plan? im looking into the samsung jack because its features are all just there with wifi....is it possible to to buy a data plan phone off of ebay then use my non-data plan sim in it without the monthly charge? i have hurd that att only tries to stop people from doing that by sayingn it wont work and you need this and that....but i did have a nokia surge and it didnt seem like they were charging me(i got it off of ebay) but then my brother accidently paid for a video month data thing(it warned e before accidently using apps like that) anyway do unlocked phones mean no data charge for buyers(thats my second question)? thanks for all help
