If I get a job in siemens Pakistan,should i still go for higher studies to

canada or delay my MEng plan? I have completed my Bachelors in Engineering. I have applied for a job in SIEMENS and hopefully would get it. I have also applied for the MEng admission in 3 canadian universities waterloo,ryerson and UWO who would give me answer at the end of april.
Should i delay my higher studies or not?
