Okay, so for Christmas I'd like a new phone. I have T-Mobile, and I'll be honest, I really don't like their phones. I found out that you can get phones "unlocked/flashed" to use on other services. So if I buy a BlackJack2 unlocked:
1.) do I need to pay for internet (data plan) on the phone?
2.) do I have to call T-Mobile and tell them I got this phone?
