C city4eva New member Mar 27, 2010 #1 i lift weights every other day and do cardio the days when i don't lift weights. i like to eat healthily, lots of fruit and vegetables etc. and thought that if i eat more i am likely to build muscle??? Do you need calories to build msucle???
