Graham crackers + low fat/fat free vanilla yogurt
pasta+ frozen peas+ bread with 1tbsp of low fat margarine with garlic powder(substitute for margarine is loved! )
Sugar-free jello & pudding
Home-made popcorn with 1/3 c of Splenda 1/4 salt
1 1/2 cups Special K + dried cranberries
On the go foods(college student here)
Lean pockets= 1 serving
Grilled cheese sandwich made with fat-free cheese and bread
Frozen grilled chicken with fat-free cheese, mustard, and catsup
Hot dog w/catsup and mustard
and er....
Okay, after that I need suggestions. I really don't like fresh fruits and vegetables, to be honest.
I drink skim milk only. I kinda need "healthy" sweets..I am addicted to them...
Biggest need= something to munch on daily.
