i gain muscle , im 5'8 135? ive done it about 11 times in 1 month, but i dont seem to gain weight, sometimes i lose weight, but i am always at a solid 135 it seems,ive lost alot of weight from the past, i used to weigh 180 but started doing cardio and stop horrible eating habbits from before and i work out often. what happens if i keep eating there then go to the gym and swim and work out?
