...in the long run for mainten? maintenance? to repair and take care of car? will the car eventually breakdown and not work properly? does anyone know about fixing cars? i wanna drive from houston to lake charles, louisiana every saturday and it would be a round trip. rsvp. thanks.
 
I have heard that a person can on average expect to spend anywhere from .05-.10 cents per mile in the long run for maintenance. But it depends if you are constantly driving at the same speed (highway miles) or if you are constantly speeding up and slowing down. I would plan on it being closer to the .10 cents range since the car is foreign and that means car parts are that much more jacked up...
