If I downloaded the Ballad of Gay Tony add-on for GTA IV, how do I play it?

I went on Xbox Live and went to all downloads for Grand Theft Auto IV and downloaded the Ballad of Gay Tony add-on for 1600 microsoft points which is non-refundable. However, I do not know how to play the add-on. Whenever I start up the game, it goes straight to the campaign of Grand Theft Auto IV. I just want to be able to play the add-on.
