if i dont wash my hair daily, i get dandruff within the next two days. what

could be the cause of this? i am living on a seashore city since 6 years. most of my hair got white & moreover i have dandruff problem with minor scalp wounds due to dandruff and all this happens when i skip a day without shampooing my hair. My hair are not silky but a little rough & stiff. Please if someone can help me out to get normal healthy hair without dandruff & scalp wounds. KHC
