...to be able to run 3km!? monday , tuesday thursday friday, sunday. Sprint for as long as i can than jog to get energy than sprint for as many reps i can, and than push myself more until i am physically exhausted, *only means its working* . if i do that ONCE a day or even twice, one morning one afternoon. will i fit enough in 2 months, than able to join the army?
