if i do the exercise bike in the AM and PM for 30min each 7 days will i lose weight?

I Didn't Refer to any sights for this information but yes you should lose weight i recommend instead of another exorcise try going a little longer and do stretches and when you get a chance try doing weight lifting granted I'm doing none of this and Ive got a little extra baggage and my upper body so yeah your pretty much dead on with losing weight.
 
It helps alot more if you actually run OUTSIDE. Yeah, I bet you'll gradually lose weight, but if you do it on an exercise bike the process will be pretty slow. If you're serious about it do more than just 7 days, and slowly go on it for a longer time each day
