in between days, i stick to my diet and dont exercise and sometimes drink alot (alcohol). but workout again the next day (different muscle group) . then the same the next day and so on every other day workout and no drinking. the question... will i still notice muscle gains and fat loss. does the drinking slow my muscle recovery?
