I assume I lose them. Will my service provider give them back to me for free as I've already paid for them? What do people who have dozens of games and apps downloaded do when they have to reset their phones? Do they all lose what in some cases can be hundreds of dollars in downloads?
If I do a hard reset of my phone, what happens with the games I downloaded?
