Every other night, I do 100 bicycle crunches, then take a 1-minute break, and repeat this 2 more times. I also do 80 regular crunches every other night. Will I get abs soon?
What if I did this every night? Does it burn fat too? Because I'm from a very Italian family, it's hard to keep a healthy diet.
