...does that mean im not hired? I went for a group interview.. after that they had called me about a week later asking if i can go for a 2nd interview with the managers.. which i did, it went pretty good. im just worried because they didn't ask for a background check? i just wanted to know if this mean they don't want to hire me? or will they call me in about a week or so like they said they will n then they will give me a back ground check? i know u guy don't know for sure i just wanna hear other people answers.. please no dumb answer! thanks!
