If I defrost fish, cook it and freeze the meals, will it be okay to eat?

I have a big bag of frozen fish, but it's all stuck together so it'll have to be defrosted at the same time, and I was going to make a bunch of different meals with it then freeze them. Will that be okay if I heat them up correctly?
